4. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders are processed through Shopify Checkout and are subject to our stock availability and payment confirmation.

  • Accepted payment methods, pricing, VAT, and any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery & Returns

  • We deliver within South Africa via selected couriers. Delivery times, costs, and policies are available in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages.

  • Delivery risk transfers to you upon dispatch.

  • Return rights and refunds comply with our store policies and South African consumer law, including consumer cancellation rights.

6. Intellectual Property
All site content—including product descriptions, images, and branding—is our intellectual property and may not be used without our written permission.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our Site (e.g., hacking, spamming, uploading malicious files) and to comply with all relevant laws and Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy
