Shipping Policy – South Africa (Local Delivery)

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays, cultures, spawn and kits that are packed to order).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM SAST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Zones & Options

  • We ship within South Africa only.

  • Shipping rates apply based on your delivery region; we use multiple trusted couriers, including:

    • The Courier Guy
    • Fastway Couriers

3. Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping: R 115 per order—minimum on small items

  • Calculated rates: Based on weight, size, and destination, you’ll see the exact cost at checkout 

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier and destination.

5. Local Delivery or Pickup

  • Prefer not to wait? We offer:

    • In-store pickup, free of charge, if you're nearby and the item is in stock.

     

6. Tracking & Insurance

  • All orders are tracked—you’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

  • High-value or fragile items can be insured—let us know if you’d like to add this option.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare case your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of expected delivery.

  • We'll assist with filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

8. Returns & Cancellations

  • Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy, which outlines the process for cancellations and returns.
