Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays, cultures, spawn and kits that are packed to order).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM SAST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Flat-rate shipping: R 115 per order—minimum on small items

Calculated rates: Based on weight, size, and destination, you’ll see the exact cost at checkout

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier and destination.
5. Local Delivery or Pickup

Prefer not to wait? We offer:

In-store pickup, free of charge, if you're nearby and the item is in stock.

All orders are tracked—you’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

High-value or fragile items can be insured—let us know if you’d like to add this option.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of expected delivery.
